Jeff Koch is a consultant in Brentwood, Tennessee.  Mr. Koch’s areas of expertise include insurance, business planning, business development, and association member benefit programs.  Mr. Koch works with national associations, affinity groups, and companies consulting on insurance and member benefit programs and is involved in feasibility studies for 831(b) captive insurance companies.

Mr. Koch has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Previously Mr. Koch was Vice President of Member Benefits for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).  He established and managed the operation of NFIB’s in-house life and health and property and casualty insurance agencies.  He was responsible for the operation of five programs sponsored by NFIB written through state workers compensation funds and one group self-insurance program.  He also managed NFIB’s relationships with FedEx, Dell, Bank of America, Solveras Payment Solutions, and Payce Payroll Services.  

Mr. Koch joined NFIB in May 1998.  Prior to joining NFIB, he worked for two international insurance brokerage firms for eleven years developing and operating affinity group programs including risk purchasing groups, captives, and self-insured groups.  His clients included non-profit clinics, hazardous material carriers, chemical manufacturers, equipment dealers, and NFIB.  He developed loss probability studies and loss projections, and evaluated and reviewed security requirements for the captive insurance companies he managed.
Mr. Koch worked as an Industrial Engineer for seven years focusing on operations analysis, systems analysis and design, and reducing the cost and frequency of workplace injuries.  He was employed by United States Steel and Ingram Barge Company.

Bryan Williams is a restaurant Learning & Development executive who has proven experience in both turnaround and high-growth restaurant companies. Within the hospitality industry Bryan is focused on the development of people and providing education to a team of 11,000 to drive a unified mission and purpose. 

His broad restaurant and entertainment background and his demonstrated leadership qualities make him an ideal person to join the board of Directors at Care Kitchen Outreach.  He has demonstrated and managed the development of numerous new restaurant openings, programs and processes that deliver strong, sustainable results. He brings a multi-faceted background outside of restaurants that include owning an independent record label, entertainment production company and extensive volunteer work with Second Harvest Food Bank. 

Bryan excels in the development of restaurant operations and methodology, people development and enterprise wide training.  He has held numerous leadership positions with public and private companies such as Applebee’s, Darden, O’Charley’s and currently is the Director of Learning & Development for Logan’s Roadhouse.  Bryan currently lives in Nashville,Tennessee with his girlfriend Bonnie and mini dachshund Jack.

Ellen Camacho received her degree in Fashion Design and Dress Making in 1994 and embarked on a career in fashion design, catering expertise, and tablescaping - the art of making food beautiful.

Ellen’s career has been spent developing an eye for the extraordinary and producing one of a kind experiences. As a swimwear designer right out of Orange Coast College she was thrust into the national lime light when her designs where chosen for Inside Sports Swimwear edition alongside of icon designers Donna Karan and Michael Kors. Her swimwear line would eventually be added to the Nordstrom line for the next 5 years.

Upon arriving in Nashville, in 1996, she was featured in the Tennessean’s fashion section and opened a creative Boutique in Franklin’s Factory called Designs by Ellen Marie. She also began working for Chef’s Market who were in the process of growing a catering company. Over the last 15 years Ellen has trained over 250 staff and management. Chef’s Market has been voted the #1 Caterer in Nashville, by the Nashville Scene, 5 years running. Again her eye for detail, impeccable hospitality and tablescaping made art out of the ordinary.Ellen has worked with many Politicians Meagan Barry, Phil Bredeson, Jeb Bush, Marsha Blackburn, and Bill Haslam. She caters for the CMA Awards, CMT awards, with such stars as Kenny Chesney, Reba, Rascal Flatts, Derek’s Bentley, and Lady Antebellum and Christian Artists such as Michael W Smith, Danny Gokey, and Matthew West. She continues to work with many celebrity and corporate giants like Dave Ramsey and the Lampo Group, Vanderbilt, Intel and Big Machine Label Group.

Betsy Tucker is a Nashville native who has a heart for children, passion for teaching, and a love for the outdoors. Betsy earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After becoming a classroom teacher, Betsy went back to school for her Masters Degree in English Language Learners. She graduated with her M.Ed. from Lipscomb University in May 2015. 

She has been an elementary teacher for MNPS schools for seven years and has spent the past six years at Carter-Lawrence Elementary Magnet School in Nashville, TN. In 2015 she was named MNPS School Teacher of the Year. 

Prior to working for MNPS, Betsy served as a missionary in Malawi, Africa where she helped empower local leadership to open an elementary school for over 500 AIDS and Malaria orphans. Teaching is a lifestyle for Betsy and there is no where she's rather be than serving her own community in Nashville by doing God's work.

Ellen Rockwell is a high-performing learning and organizational development leader credited with more than a decade of learning services, organizational design, and talent resource management expertise in extremely demanding and challenging enterprise environments. She was previously at O ’Charley’s and Darden Restaurants with a leading the development of over 30,000 people. Ellen also makes time to share her learnings with other business professionals by participating as a panelist or keynote speaker at several conferences each year. She truly has a passion to teach and help others become their best version of themselves.

Ron Camacho’s writing career began as an art student at Buffalo State University where he assisted in the creation of a campus Fanzine, The Shakin’ Street Gazette. The paper was responsible for connecting unsigned acts with Fred Heller Management and Columbia Records. He left college to pursue a 20 year career as road manager with such bands as Chaka Khan, Mr. Big, The Knack and Vince Neil.

After a chance meeting with the Chicken Soup series creator Mark Victor Hansen, Camacho co-authored the first book produced with information gathered from the Internet to completed manuscript.  Chicken Soup for the Country Soul became a New York Times and USA Today Best-seller shipping 500,000 units.

Camacho’s 1st self-published book was created in the same fashion. From the Heart of Racing Camacho co-authored and published his second best seller with the founding Chaplain of the Motor Racing Outreach, Max Helton and broadened his market to include NASCAR and Christian retail outlets. In 11 languages in 13 countries Camacho has been read, seen, and heard. The Last Dragon is Camacho’s return to his first love—sword and sorcery, Epic Fantasy fiction.


Since the early 90's, Camacho has been a Chef Culinary and Caterer and has done events for Find The Children, Feed The Children, KISS and Unite for Pediatric Aids, The TJ Martell Foundation, Magic Johnson Foundation and MADD.
